Why should i replace my seals?

  • Seals that are applied poorly may only last a couple of months but they should last for several years.  
  • Seals lasting over 10 years is not uncommon but eventually the seals will break down and stop doing the job that they were designed to do.
  • If left long enough they will allow moisture to penetrate and start causing damage to the structure they were protecting.
  • For such a small outlay it could save you alot of money in the long run.
